This card is made using the snowflake folder by Cuttlebug and a retired stamp set from Stampin' Up called Wishing You Cheer. Navy blue ribbon trimmed with a silver glitter edge, gold glitter on the tree, and a metallic gel pen on the scarf add a small amount of seasonal sparkle.
